I appreciate having an online payment option for rent and maintenance issues. I cannot make it to the office during office hours as I work during that time, so it allows me to do what I need to do at my convenience.
Very much like having a Property Leader as the point person of contact. A common person communicating between the customer and owner is the only way to go.
